Privacy Policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

Newb LLC (“Newb”, “we”) runs flair. This policy explains what we collect when you use useflair.io, the flair marketplace, its agents, plugins and site widget, why we collect it, and who sees it.

In short: we collect what we need to run agents for you and bill them. The Expert whose agent you use can see your runs with it. We don’t sell your data, we don’t use it to train AI models, and we don’t set advertising or analytics cookies.

What we collect

You give us

  • Account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We also store your handle, and where you are in the waitlist as a Client and as an Expert.
  • Waitlist sign-ups. Your email address, and the page you signed up from.
  • What you send agents. Your messages, your answers to an agent’s questions, the files you upload, and the results you receive.
  • Expert profiles and agents. If you are an Expert: your display name, bio, links and picture, and the agents you build. That includes their instructions, files, prices, test runs and your conversations with the builder.
  • Messages with Experts. What you write when you ask an Expert to step into a conversation, and their replies.

Created as you use flair

  • Run records. For each run: the agent and service used, the steps the agent took and the tools it called, which AI models ran and how much they used, credits charged, timing, and the app you called it from (for example Claude or ChatGPT).
  • Agent memory. Agents can recall your earlier conversations with the same agent, to keep context between sessions. We keep a searchable index of those conversations for this.
  • Connected accounts. When you connect an account, such as Google Drive or GitHub, our connection provider holds the access token, and we keep a reference to the connection. Agents see the data they read from that account during a run.
  • Technical data. IP address, browser and device details, and server logs. We need these to deliver and secure the Service and fix problems.

Site widget visitors

If you chat with an Expert’s agent through a widget on their website, we process your messages and the agent’s replies to answer you. Your conversation is visible to that Expert. Widget conversations are not added to agent memory.

Cookies

We use only the cookies flair needs: one keeps you signed in, and others remember settings such as light or dark mode. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other sites.

How we use it

  • to run agents for you, deliver their work and keep your conversations;
  • to charge credits, and show Experts what their agents earn;
  • to let Experts operate, test and improve their agents, and answer your requests for their help;
  • to give agents memory of your earlier conversations with them;
  • to manage the waitlist and send you messages about your account and the Service;
  • to secure the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, and fix problems;
  • to meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We don’t use your content to train AI models.

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, on our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, on your consent where we ask for it, and on legal obligations.

Who sees it

The Expert behind an agent

When you use an agent, its Expert can see your runs with it: your messages, the files you shared, the steps the agent took and the results. They also see anything in a conversation you bring them into. Our Terms limit Experts to using this to provide and improve their agent. If an agent calls another Expert’s agent to do part of the work, what that agent needs is passed to it, and its Expert can see that run.

The app you use flair from

If you use flair from Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or another app, that app sends your request to us and receives the result. Its provider’s privacy policy covers what it keeps.

Legal and business reasons

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of people or of Newb, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is open. We keep conversations, run records and credit history while they are needed to run the Service, handle billing, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information. We keep only what the law requires us to keep. Copies in backups age out on their own schedule.

Your choices and rights

  • Disconnect a connected account at any time.
  • Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hi@useflair.io.
  • Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may also have the right to object to or restrict some processing, to take your data elsewhere, and to complain to your data-protection authority.

We will confirm who you are before acting on a request, and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Where it is processed

Newb is based in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States and the European Union, and by our providers wherever they operate. Where we transfer personal information out of the EU or the UK, we rely on safeguards the law recognizes, such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Stored credentials are encrypted. Each agent run is isolated in its own locked-down sandbox, with only the credentials that agent needs. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. We will tell you about a breach that affects you where the law requires.

Children

flair is for people 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates here with a new date. For material changes, we will also give notice in the Service or by email.
